Pure Wave Water

Welcome to Pure Wave Water (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, website, and any related interactions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Services Provided
Pure Wave Water provides water treatment products and services including, but not limited to:
• Water softeners
• Reverse osmosis systems
• UV purification systems
• Filtration systems
• Maintenance, installation, and repair services
All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may vary based on site conditions, installation complexity, or product availability.
• A deposit may be required prior to installation or service.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cash payments may be eligible for a discount, where applicable.
Failure to make payment may result in delays, service suspension, or additional fees.

3. Installation & Site Conditions
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and meets basic requirements (power, drainage, space, etc.).
• Any unforeseen modifications required during installation (plumbing, electrical, structural) may result in additional charges.
• Pure Wave Water is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues or code violations.

4. Product Warranty
• Products supplied by Pure Wave Water may include manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to:
o Improper use or neglect
o Freezing, flooding, or environmental damage
o Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Labour warranties (if offered) will be specified on your invoice or agreement.

5. Maintenance Responsibilities
• Regular maintenance (filter changes, salt refills, UV bulb replacement, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer unless covered under a service plan.
• Failure to maintain equipment may void warranties and impact system performance.

6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are subject to approval and may include restocking fees.
• Custom orders and installed equipment are generally non-refundable.
• Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of installation or delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability
Pure Wave Water is not liable for:
• Water damage, property damage, or loss resulting from system failure, misuse, or delayed maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Water quality changes due to municipal or environmental factors outside our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.

8. Water Quality Disclaimer
While our systems are designed to improve water quality, we do not guarantee:
• Complete removal of all contaminants
• Compliance with all local water standards unless explicitly stated
• Continuous performance without proper maintenance
Water conditions may vary and should be regularly tested.

9. Appointments & Cancellations
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

10. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for service, communication, and billing purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms
Pure Wave Water reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
