These Terms of Use apply to this website, operated by Pure Wave Water ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information on this site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information only. Products, prices, availability, specifications and photos may change and may contain errors.
Nothing on this site is professional advice.
2. Quotes, appointments and service requests
A quote, appointment or service request sent through this site is not an order and not a quote. Prices, products, installation details and dates are confirmed only in a written quote or confirmation from us.
Please give us accurate contact details so we can reply.
3. Orders and payments
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated, plus applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a price was clearly wrong or an item is unavailable) and will refund any payment taken. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refunds and returns follow the policy shown at checkout or in your confirmation, and never limit your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Online store: purchases in our online store are also covered by our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy pages, shown at checkout. For a purchase, those store terms apply where they differ from these Terms of Use.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; do not send spam or automated form submissions; do not post or send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that belongs to someone else; and do not collect other people's information from the site. We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Our content
The text, photos, logos, designs and other content on this site belong to Pure Wave Water or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; anything else needs our written permission.
6. What you send us
When you send us messages, reviews, photos or files, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they are accurate. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Analytics and automated grouping
With your permission (the Accept button in our cookie banner), this site uses PostHog for website analytics and Jev by TypeSafe to sort visits into broad visitor types. Neither receives your name, email, phone number or anything you type into a form. A person on our team reviews every enquiry, and visitor types are never used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. What is collected, who receives it and how to say no are explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
8. Links to other sites
Links to other websites (for example maps, social media or booking tools) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site working and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information, such as lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change never affects a booking, order or quote we already confirmed.
