For more than three decades, people in Georgetown have brought their water questions to the same store at 333 Mountainview Road South. Many still know us as The Water Store. We rebranded as Pure Wave Water, but the location, the free testing and the way we work have not changed.
We are a family-run local business, not a franchise. Halton Hills runs on a mix of municipal and well water, so iron, hardness, sulphur and bacteria are everyday questions here rather than textbook ones. We test in the store, explain what the numbers mean, and only recommend equipment that fits your water.
We install and service what we sell. We are an authorized Excalibur dealer and we carry and install Viqua, Pentair, UV Dynamics, Luminor and Zentec equipment, along with the filters, salt and parts to keep it running. Everything in the online shop is stocked in the Georgetown store, so you can order online, pick up locally or have it delivered.
We test first and recommend second. If your water does not need treatment, we will say so. If it does, you get a written quote with parts and labour listed, and no pressure.
The person who helps you choose a system is part of the same small team that installs and services it. Nothing gets handed off to a stranger.
