How it works

  1. Match the filter

    Old cartridge or housing model is all we need.

  2. Change

    In store with your parts, or at your home.

  3. Inspect

    Housings, O-rings and pressure gauges checked.

  4. Remind

    We note the change date and the interval that fits your water.

Every filter has a service life, and an overdue one does more than stop working: a loaded sediment filter drops your pressure, an exhausted carbon filter lets chlorine and taste through, and both can let problems reach the equipment behind them. As a general guide, sediment filters need changing every three to six months and carbon filters every six to twelve, sooner on dirty water.

Bring your old cartridge or your housing model number to the store and we will match it from stock. If you would rather not deal with it, book a visit and we will change the filters, check the housings and O-rings, and note the date for you.
