How it works

Water treatment systems fail in familiar ways: a valve that leaks, a controller that lost power and its settings, a filter housing that cracked over winter, a UV alarm, a pressure drop that turns out to be a clogged sediment filter. Most are inexpensive to fix when someone who knows the equipment looks at them.

Our technicians diagnose and repair softeners, iron and sulphur filters, UV systems, reverse osmosis and filter housings from most major manufacturers. Give us the brand, model and age and a description of the problem and we will tell you what to expect. If a system is beyond economical repair, we will show you the numbers rather than push a replacement.
