How it works

  1. Identify the system

    Model number or the old cartridges is all we need.

  2. Change filters and membrane

    On schedule, with parts from stock.

  3. Sanitize and check

    Tank pressure, leaks, flow and a TDS test.

  4. Set a reminder

    We tell you when the next change is due.

A reverse osmosis system only works as well as its filters. Pre-filters typically need changing every six to twelve months, the membrane every two to three years, and the whole system benefits from a sanitize at each service. Slow flow, a change in taste or a tank that never fills are the usual signs it is overdue.

We service any RO system, not only the ones we sold. Bring the old cartridges or the model number to the store and we will match them, or book a visit and we will change the filters, sanitize the system, check the tank pressure and test the output so you know it is working.

Common questions

How do I know the membrane needs replacing?

A TDS test on the output tells us. If the reduction has dropped off, the membrane is due.
