Always on
Needed for the site to work: remembering your cookie choice, security, forms and (if we sell online) the cart and checkout. Also a first-party note of how you found us (ad, search or link), kept with any enquiry you send.
5 services
Customer relationship manager (CRM): Stores your enquiry, your contact details and our follow-up (emails, texts, calls and appointments) so we can answer you and keep track.
Consent records: Keeps a record of each cookie choice (a random receipt number, the choice, the time and a scrambled version of your IP address) as proof of what you agreed to.
Online store (on this website): Shopping cart, checkout and order records (name, address, items, order history).
Stripe: Processes card payments and checks for fraud. We never see or store your full card number.
Square: Processes card payments and orders and checks for fraud. We never see or store your full card number.
Helps us understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site and our follow-up. Never sold. Off until you say yes.
6 services
PostHog (website analytics): Shows us how the website is used: the pages you view, your clicks, how far you scroll, time on page, which sections you read, heatmaps and a rough location worked out from your internet (IP) address (the IP address itself is discarded). Session recording is on: visits are replayed for us with everything typed into forms hidden. It never receives your name, email, phone or anything you type. Only after you click Accept.
CRM visit tracking: Notes which pages you visit, so that if you later send us an enquiry those visits appear on your file and we can help you better. Only after you click Accept.
Jev by TypeSafe (AI visitor grouping): Sorts visits into broad visitor types from counts and categories of pages and clicks, so we can decide who to follow up with first. It never receives your name, email, phone, IP address or anything you type. A person reviews every enquiry. Only after you click Accept.
Google Tag Manager: Loads our Google measurement tags. It starts only after you accept, and Google Consent Mode tells each tag what you agreed to.
Google Analytics: Counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
Microsoft Clarity: Heatmaps and session replays that show where the site is confusing. What you type is hidden.
Show offers that match the pages you look at during this visit. Nothing is saved after you close the tab.
Lets ad platforms measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited. Also loads maps from Google, which may set its own cookies.
4 services
Google Ads: Measures whether our Google ads lead to enquiries or sales and shows our ads to people who visited.
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): Measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to enquiries and lets us show ads to past visitors. It receives page names only, never your form answers.
Google Maps: Shows where we are on a map. The map loads only when you click to load it or allow marketing cookies; Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
Mailchimp (store emails): Receives your name, email and order details when you buy from our online store, and sends store emails such as cart reminders and, only if you agreed, news and offers. Its tracking cookies are set only after you allow marketing cookies.
